Position : French Technical Support Engineer

Location : Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Duration : Full-time, Permanent

Job Description

Provide application support to our national and international customers. Primary contact with the customers is via our ticketing system and e-

mail. For more complex problems, you will contact / be contacted by customers by phone. You can explain technical details in an understandable way to non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

Problem solver / identify solutions

Log tickets (incidents and change requests)

Ask questions to quickly identify the cause

Escalates unresolved problems to internal teams

Give prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Make sure all requests are correctly notified

Prioritize and manage multiple outstanding issues at the same time

Follow-up with customers, communicate

Prepare accurate and timely reports

Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Maintain professional relationships with customers

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT helpdesk Technician or similar function

Practical experience with database environments

Ability to diagnose and solve basic problems

Awareness With Remote Desktop applications and helpdesk software (e.g. ZenDesk)

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and oral

Knowledge in SQL is required (query)

Knowledge in other IT languages (e.g. JavaScript, HTML,...) is a plus
