Qualifications :

Must have at least 6 months Call Center experience handling a Technical Support account, preferably with background in IT Products (specifically Hardware).

Must be technically competent Must have completed at least 3 years of College education.

Must be willing to work at night or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules.

Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig .

All candidates must have the following additional qualifications :

Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Strong multi-national, multi-cultural experience and orientation.

Customer focused
