Job Summary Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications

Effectively handle assigned requisitions and provide regular updates to hiring managers

Tap available leads and maximize all sourcing channels

Duties / Responsibilities Provide timely feedback given to candidates processed

Participates in calibration meetings and communicate challenges / recommendations to hiring managers

Facilitates and discusses job offers

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports and updating of trackers

Performs other tasks that superiors may assign (e.g. call-outs, job postings, candidate extraction from the tool, etc)

Achieve individual performance specific to attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence

Consistent adherence to company policies and code of conduct.

Rotates across different recruitment functions due to need, to promote a robust back up system and maintain the cross functional skill set of the team Qualifications : Graduate of any 4 year course

1 year minimum experience in end-to-end recruitment

Proficient in MS Office applications

Strong command of English both oral and written

Candidate must have a customer-oriented personality

Highly organized, able to handle multiple requirements

With clear demonstration of teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and problem solving capacity

Willing to be assigned in different sites, if needed
