  • Will focus on improving training materials and streamlining the training process for all LOBs.
  • Ongoing coaching of the entire team and upskill all tenured staff on the processes they are not currently handling to improve operational resilience.
  • Flexible to work with different LOBs. Organized. Calm under pressure.
  • More experienced and English language proficient (English Certification Level B2).
  • Enhanced critical thinking and a situational mastery of the English language.
  • More equipped to collaborate with the advances in automation and AI with their ability to empathize, make dynamic decisions, and provide a personalized experience.
  • These skills are becoming imperative in front-line e-commerce and customer service industries.
