Property Overview : This magnificent complex boasts a 30-storey new construction and two luxury International Hotel brands at one desired address! Raffles Makati and Fairmont Makati consists of 32 Raffles Suites located atop 280 Fairmont Hotel rooms, 237 Raffles Residences and is situated in what is considered the finest location in Manila -

downtown Makati. The complex, scheduled to open in late 2012, is located directly across from the Greenbelt Shopping Center and in a neighborhood famous for nightlife, dining options and world-class shopping.

Summary of Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Facilitate all F&B training programs and ensure standards are followed
  • Provide on-going coaching and guidance for F&B Trainers or
  • department Leaders to ensure consistency of quality training

  • Ensure all training material is up to date
  • Coordinate all training seminars
  • Act as an internal performance consultant, involved in facilitating departmental
  • meetings, focus groups and team-building activities as required

  • Partner with external organizations who provide support for the F&B's learning
  • strategy

  • Ensure all F&B team member training, documentation and testing is completed
  • in the required time frame

  • Create and develop training materials and programs to meet the needs of the
  • hotel

  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous leadership experience in F&B required
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
  • University / College degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Previous Hotel experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all
  • times

    Visa Requirements : Must be eligible to work in the Philippines.
