  • Key Responsibilities

    As part of our ever-growing team of top-caliber salespeople, your role is to ensure the following :

  • Grow the business in your assigned territory by managing new and existing accounts
  • Grow market share of ABHP brands
  • Improve distribution, availability, and presence of our brands in the territory
  • Conceptualize and execute brand building and volume generating activations and events
  • Able to connect with consumers and generate insights to improve (the brand)
  • Build relationships with customers which results in preferred partner status
  • Manage resources to win trade profitably
  • Develop winning relationships with distributors and third-party partners
  • Achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Negotiation skills
  • Able to build relationships
  • Sales / business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient specifically in Excel
  • Budget management
  • Able to prepare business reviews
