Responsible for assisting the compliance officer in identifying risk exposures of the organization for both internal and external processes.
Shall aid the compliance officer in the execution of policies or counter-measures which aim to address the organization’s exposure to risks.
Supports the compliance officer with regards to the organization’s business continuity plan.
Responsible along with the compliance officer in ensuring that each employee is aware of their responsibilities with regards to business continuity.
Monitors and report the overall employee compliance to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements from client.
Ensures that all violations or potential violations are duly reported.
Providing support, education, and training to staff in order to build risk awareness and compliance within the organization .
Key competencies :
Experience relevant to the role is required.
Knowledge in Information Security, Risk Management and Business Continuity
Good communication skills, reporting skills, critical thinking, decision making in line with policy making requirements
Knows how to effectively manage productive time to attend to both tactical and administrative tasks
