Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment of IT and technical positions
  • Participate in technical scoping of hiring requirements.
  • Refine job descriptions as necessary to best match the behavior of target audience.
  • Create advertisements in multiple channels to promote job openings and manage the traction generated.
  • Build database of leads for initial screening.
  • Perform initial interviews and come up with shortlisted candidates for further endorsements / processing.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the entire hiring process.
  • Work with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders in executing all the hiring steps.
  • Discuss, negotiate, and close job offers.
  • Ensure seamless turnover of candidates as new hires to the onboarding team.
  • Serve as employer brand ambassador and help drive a delightful candidate experience.
  • Prepare reports and documentations ensuring data accuracy at all times.
  • Contribute in maintaining and growing a healthy database of technical talents for current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments and business units as necessary.
  • Ensure satisfactory client experience through efficient, collaborative, and high-quality process and output.
  • Collaborate with the immediate team and the entire recruitment team in fulfilling departmental goals as part of the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Qualifications

  • At least three years of specialization in recruiting for software development roles such as but not limited to developers, software engineers, QA analysts, IT project managers, Data Analysts, designers, etc.
  • High-level but solid understanding of software development lifecycle. Knowledge of technology stacks and roles in developing applications and software.
  • Strategic skills in utilizing mainstream and below-the-line sourcing channels.
  • Established network of high caliber leads and connection to various groups and communities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Work details :

  • Status : full-time, regular employment
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
