Role / Department Description :
Content Transformation Enablement is responsible for providing resources for Transformation tools and projects in various key areas including : manual testing for common components, level 1 tool support, prototype collection, department communication, knowledge management, testing automation, business analysis for Transformation tools and projects.
The Group works closely with database and application engineers in Content Engineering, Product DB engineers in Content Integration Engineering, Product Development, Content Policy, Operations Management, Knowledge Management and Training groups to ensure that the data and associated characteristics (e.
g. timeliness of updates, accuracy) meet the requirements of our various stakeholders and ultimately our clients.
Responsibilities :
Provide first-line support to Operations through various interaction methods such as RPDs, Microsoft Teams, e-mail and on-floor support
RPD / Ticket Support Handling Communicate appropriate and relevant solutions in a timely manner
Floor Support assists end-users for issues encountered on applications and workflows
Interaction with Operations & Engineering with minimal supervision
Consistently identifies issues and takes responsibility for escalation
Monitors and reports application / workflow related latency issues
Analyze issues in order to discover underlying root causes
Attends internal department training
Performs responsibilities associated with daily assigned tasks and projects
Conducts application and workflow testing, whenever there is bandwidth
Uses in-house Program and Project Management tools to track personal performance and project process
Weekly reporting on activities
Required Skills :
Has an undergraduate degree in an area such as business, finance, accounting, economics, computer science or equivalent
Has a basic understanding of financial markets
Has basic understanding and / or experience of business process management and Agile Methodology
Has basic knowledge of QA testing methodologies and procedures
Good analytical skills complimented with a keen eye for detail
Has gained basic understanding of one or more content areas
Has good written and spoken communication skills
