LEADERSHIP

Demonstrates expertise and in depth knowledge on the execution of HCP education

Ensures the delivery of all core performance objectives, metrics, and targets via working with individuals within the assigned expert team

Supports Expert Sales in implementation of effective targeting and segmentation of customers across the assigned category in alignment with Area Team

Tracks the performance of the Field Sales Team with special focus on SFE targets, expert marketing activities, and identified Brand KPIs

Practices role model leadership and drives high performance behaviours within the sales team and the wider sales force

Adheres to GSK Ethics and Code of Conduct policies. Monitors and drives compliance for all business systems and SOP’s. Ensures that all staff members are working within GSK guidelines, regulatory requirements, and codes of conduct

EXPERTISE

Execution of expert campaign and initiatives for the assigned category. Demonstrates effective targeting and segmentation of customers across the assigned category

Supports Ethical Sales in implementation of effective targeting and segmentation of customers across the assigned category in alignment with Area Team

Supports and provides guidance to the 3rd party District Manager and Medical Representatives in implementing effectively targeting and segmenting of customers as aligned with Area Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

Implements Expert Marketing Activities as aligned with Brand Activation, SEA Expert Marketing, and other related functions such as CME activities.

Effectively communicates cascaded campaign activities and requirements to all team members

Aligns with the Expert Sales Manager regarding budget planning and ensures executions are within allocated budgets for the respective category

Leads in managing and identifying KEEs

Manages sampling activities within assigned channels ensuring proper receipt and tracking of all samples in line with compliance requirements.

Leads the overall Sampling Management specific to assigned portfolio

Tracks A&P for assigned portfolio

Closely coordinates with and supports the expert sales manager regarding round table talks, congresses, and interactions with HCOs.

Guides the field sales team (e.g. 3p Field Sales Agencies) regarding the proper use of SFE

Provides key inputs to the sales manager for the completion of required tracking reports for the assigned portfolio

Provides insights on brand based on the interactions with the experts and expert organizations

Manages the delivery and completion of accurate reports such as Monthly Reporting, Sales Target v / s Plan, Congress Reports, Compliance / Audit / HCP Post-Event Activities, A&P Allocation & Tracking, Samples

PARTNERSHIP

Works with the 3rd part fields sales team for proper execution and delivery of Expert KPIs

Responsible, together with the Expert Sales Manager, to deliver local execution of strategic expert tasks

Works with marketing (brand, expert & trade) and key internal stakeholders to shape and deliver on the expert task maps for the area

Develops and coordinates with KEEs in accordance with legal and compliance policies and procedures

Maintains high level of communication within the team, the wider Field Team, and the Head Office
