We are now seeking bright and ambitious Professionals to join our Organization as Senior Client Manager for Visayas and Mindanao markets for Philippines to help us to further grow and develop comprehensive reinsurance solutions for our clients in Asia.

As a Senior Client Manager , you will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, a profitable book of business and acquiring new clients.

Also, you with partner with various practices to provide superior client service. In addition you may also look forward to :

  • Primarily responsible for the personal initiation of significant prospect sales opportunities and facilitating other colleagues in their efforts to initiate and close both new and expanded sales opportunities.
  • Plays a leadership and mentoring role in the Sales Practice; may have management responsibility of a small team of Sales Professionals.

  • Assesses complex risk issues in large account situations, and oversees the process of development and presentation of solutions that address these identified issues.
  • Works in a team effort with Client Executives and Risk Practice professionals at all times in this process.

  • Takes a leadership role in perpetuating Marsh’s professional image in the assigned territory, including organizing and driving public relations, sponsorships, and corporate citizenship.
  • Develop long term and institutionalized client relationship.
  • Identifies key decision makers, clients or prospects risk needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client / prospect's issues and objectives.
  • Understands the client's business objectives and leads the development of custom solutions to address the client / prospect needs;
  • Effectively presents the solutions to the client / prospect and negotiates compensation, ensuring that the full scope of services is priced appropriately.

  • Leads communication between the client and the service team members local, nationally and / or globally; Oversees quality of deliverables and enforcing critical deadlines.
  • Acts as a visible leader in an industry.
  • Responsible for the execution of effective service management protocols including Internal Account Planning, Strategic Client Reviews, Renewal Strategy Meetings, Client Service Agreements, Account project management, Client Survey and Feedback Protocol, and Appropriate Pricing of Accounts
  • Focuses on meeting the standards of the organization, including Marsh's Professional Standards, Compliance policies and programs and any internal quality measures.
  • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any business related field.
  • Has at least ten years of professional work experience preferably in an insurance brokerage / consulting firm with General Insurance portfolios knowledge and expertise.
  • Strong skills in balancing client management and in being a leader of industry practices.
  • Solid experience in building businesses and strong sense of business growth and retention.
  • Has the ability to strategically manage the more complex accounts and recognized as an outstanding Client Executive on a zonal or national basis.
  • Should be able to effectively expand client relationships and gains new business; Directs client advisors on renewal and placement strategies of the assigned accounts.
  • Has strong sense of responsibility for year over year growth of business through preservation of renewal business, appropriate pricing, and a new and expanded goal commensurate with experience and the budget goals of the firm (as defined in the CE’s annual goals).
  • Possesses highly developed insurance brokerage account management, servicing and sales skills.
  • Possesses advanced knowledge of client risk issues and Marsh solutions.
  • Possesses strong problem solving skills.
