Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
JLPT N1-N3 Passer (open to non JLPT)
Open to native Japanese and Filipino who can speak Japanese
Degree holder of any accounting or finance courses
Has experience working in BPO Finance or shared services
Knowledge Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities :
Responsible for collecting quotations or billings from Japanese vendor
Providing analysis of the most cost reduction practices
Main duty is to process payments for the Japanese counterparts.
Analyse the Japanese contract and payment of clients to check the accuracy.
Handle payment related questions from Japanese clients
Prepare financial reports of collected amounts to higher management
