Claims Officer (US Voice Support) PIONEER Team Cebu
This role is also responsible for keeping portfolios compliant to SLAs measured.
Receives, records and processes all incoming claims for non life Insurance business.Interprets basic policy coverage and determines if coverage applies to claims submitted.
Sets reserves and authorizes payment within scope of authority, settles claims in the most cost-effective manner and ensures timely issuance of disbursements.
Identifies suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims.Identifies and resolves any issues and / or anomalies that are non-
compliant with regard to policy and procedures.
Candidate must at least completed 2nd-yr College (with no back subjects) or Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.Minimum of 2 years experience in BPO voice customer serviceGeneral insurance, banking / financial services knowledge is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills and client relationship managementExcellent spoken & written English with high conversational skillsAbility to empathize with customersAble to sustain conversation and minimize dead-
