The opportunity

As the APAC PBFA Finance Supervisor, you will be a trusted business advisor supporting the Area / region Finance leadership on varied analytical matters related to the operational results.

This role provides analytical reviews on monthly and periodic financial numbers, insightful support to the leadership on planning cycle, forecasting, managing various ad hoc projects and business initiatives in support of the APAC Finance function.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking the financial results against operational and strategic objectives as well as historical performance
  • Prepare monthly management reports and provide revenue and cost analysis.
  • Involve in synthesizing and communicating detailed financial information to business leaders; assist in identifying any potential risks which might impact service line performance and coordinate with the Team in providing strategic input to support effective decision making
  • Perform and coordinate various budget and forecast exercises, support the translation of business projections into meaningful figures, including data processing, modeling and reporting
  • Assist in month-end close process
  • Execute ad-hoc analysis and data mining projects as needed by leaders

As a successful candidate you will have relevant functional experience managing activities in the PBFA domain and hands-on experience on technical tools like MS Office as well as ERP applications like Peoplesoft, SAP etc.

    To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • Membership of accredited professional accounting bodies (CPA / ACCA / CIMA etc.) is desirable.
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in finance related roles (mainly Financial Planning & Analysis)
