Key account application processesa. BDO Fleet Application- Completion and submission BDO fleet card applications (for fleet accounts and SPI employee card holders)- Monitoring of submitted fleet card applications- Monitoring of approved / declined applicationsb.
Pricelocq application - Completion and submission Pricelocq requirements- Monitoring of submitted applications- Monitoring of approved / declined applications- Coordinates with Pricelocq teamc.
Key account on credit application to Credit team- Completion and submission Pricelocq requirements- Monitoring of submitted applications- Monitoring of approved / declined applications- Coordinates with concerned department2.
After sales functionsa. FLEET accounts- Receives concerns from fleet accounts- Ticket Monitoring : receives disputes, fleet account and SPI card request & issues- Receiving and submission of BDO manual charge slips from stations nationwide- Generates monthly / yearly sales or volume of each account, maintaining of performance monitoring- Administration of SPI Fleet Card Manager's Portal and account enrollment in portal3.
SPF- Reviews and analyzes SPF application and renewals4. Administrative work- Updates all Retails Sales databases- Creates performance report weekly - Prepares and submits account reimbursement- Coordinates with other departments, if needed5.
