About the Department

Handles inbound and outbound calls from customers and bankers regarding loan application status and decision. Provide support on general questions and requests for originations.

About the Role

The Phone Banker 3 p rovides support to multiple banker by responding to escalations for non-routine and difficult calls.


  • Responsible for supporting multiple bankers and / or queues and for responding to escalated, non-routine and difficult calls concerning products / services
  • Upon escalation, may process transactions, perform extensive research to resolve complex customer issues, and provide guidance and assistance to more inexperienced team members.
  • Coaches sales opportunities to bankers while answering their questions
  • May provide training support of new hires as well as periodically providing training on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services or procedural changes, and work on special projects.
  • May assist Phone Banker 4 and supervisor in their responsibilities as needed
  • Market Skills and Certifications

    Essential Qualifications :

  • Completed 2nd year in College (Bachelor's Degree) or finished a 2 or 3 year Associate Degree course
  • 2+ years of customer service and sales experience
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the organization, processes, compliance, products, and services
  • Exposure handling a CSAT based account
  • Financial experience is preferred but not required
