Located in BGC, and reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will work with the marketing and recruitment team in developing and delivering innovative and effective Employer brand strategies and action plans to promote KMC Solutions Careers.
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager, who has exposure to working as a Branding or Marketing Specialist, and a history in integrated marketing and project management.
This role is ideally best suited for a creative thinker and proactive problem solver who is looking to step up, and be more exposed to devising different strategies,initiatives and communication to attract top talent.

Duties and responsibilities
Work with the VP of Marketing and Recruitment team to attract top talent through different talent acquisition strategies encompassing social media marketing, referral marketing, email marketing and eventually other marketing strategies and channels.
Oversees all the company's employment branding strategies
Undertake and implement Employer Brand and recruitment advertising initiatives from conception to completion in a timely manner
Implementation of the recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy, plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment team to create TA related content to promote.
Oversee select KMC channels (Careers Website & Socials, LinkedIn, Boss Jobs etc) and drive campaigns and content plans in tandem with recruitment efforts and ads
Sets up and manages an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company
Executing employer marketing campaigns to engage current and prospective employees in employment branding efforts and help to enable our recruitment teams with content and toolkits for candidate engagement.
Improve the candidate experience during the recruitment process by implementing timely and
Provide communications support writing job descriptions, new hire and onboarding email streams and working with the recruitment team on optimizing Day One Orientation content.
In charge of expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media
In charge of expanding the company’s partnerships with universities to plan on-campus recruitment events, developing full campaigns, messaging, information session presentations and training for recruitment representatives.
Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques
Strong understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write content for various audiences, platforms, and campaigns.
Proven ability to deliver on initiatives end to end with a high attention to detail.
Three to five years of experience in recruiting, e-marketing or social media promotions
Strong project management skills
Experience in managing website content and working with Google Analytics or similar tools
Social media and PR expertise are a bonus
Ability to build global cross-functional relationships with others in HR, recruiting, marketing and corporate communications across the organization.

Creative, well-organized and able to establish social media and print- and web-based recruiting campaigns under short deadlines
Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
