The Financial Facilitator will be involved in sending status updates, performing any Finance / Payroll tasks as necessary, coordinating with the different managerial teams, etc.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills :

Understanding of Accounting Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet Reporting

Understanding of Revenue and Expense classifications

Understanding of PH payroll, Alpha-list, taxable and non-taxable items, 13th-month pay, etc.

Ability to work with excel on reporting metrics, payroll work when necessary, and finance work when necessary

Ability to work with peers in tracking and maintaining progress on critical activities

Ability to communicate tasks clearly and effectively to administrative heads

Maintaining records, documents, and files with the necessary confidentiality
