Comfortable about working in startup environment which means short timelines, changing needs and requirement Exceptional level of drive and passion for results Highly motivated, has initiative, resourceful and apply new information as it relates to improving process and performance Must be willing to work in graveyard shift Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City Responsibilities : Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of prospected, qualified and new business opportunities Perform outbound prospecting sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-ups, and opportunity qualifications via telephone and email Demo and present the account to prospective clients Log sales activity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, next steps) in CRM Generate new business opportunities to fuel the accounts customer pipeline Educate prospects about the account and understand their requirements, and help them get started Achieve all individual activity and revenue targets set by the company Work closely with Head of Sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Sales OTHER OPENINGS : TSR, CSR, SDR and Digital Marketing Analyst.
