JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage all Retail telecommunication needs, from business requirements, coordination and support
  • Deliver regular business reports on telecom services
  • Coordinate with all business units’ telecoms needs and deliver cost effective telecom solutions
  • Coordinate with Corporate IT / Procurement for ongoing projects
  • On-time and accurate delivery, trackingand coordination of all ITservices, maintenance and support needed by allbusiness units
  • Manage multiple vendors, whilst developing strategies to improve SLA and performance
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Helps evaluates available technologies and architecture adequate for Retail industry / organization business needs.
  • Interface with vendors to design and implement new solutions to meet business objectives
  • Interface and coordinate with all BU relating to infrastructure / telecoms
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Implement IT solutions that are practical and cost effective
  • Support all Retail store and Head Office telecom needs
  • Implement JG and Retail infrastructure / telcoms projects
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in any of the following discipline :
  • Accountancy / Finance / Management Engineering. Business Administration. Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics, Science & Technology.
  • Or, any related discipline; equivalent work experience acceptable.

    Work experience and competencies / Skills requirements

  • Must have at least three (3) years’ experience in the following :
  • Hands-on experience in handling, coordinating, negotiating with various telecom providers
  • Familiarity of the intricacies of telecom services (Internet, Leased Line, MPLS, SD-WAN)
  • Basic understanding of networking protocols, telephony / voice network and cloud infrastructure
  • Understanding of new telecoms / telco technologies and services
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively within a complex organization
  • Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports and create professional presentation materials for projects and documentations
  • Knowledge in O365, and other end-user productivity tools
  • Strong organization skills and relationship building
  • Strong dedication and results-driven personality to achieve goals
  • Ability to be on-call as needed
  • With Project Management skills
  • General knowledge in managing and implementing telecom-related roll-out / improvement / enhancement projects that involves various internal and external providers and system owners.
