Job Responsibilities :

Manage the end to end execution of line management programs / initiatives focusing on :

  • Review and confirmation of qualified base for the monthly bank initiated CLI
  • Timely and relevant send out of customer communications for bank initiated CLI actions
  • Periodic review and refresh of line increase communications to make it more meaningful and relevant for customers (i.e.
  • highlight ongoing campaigns, contextual messaging, pursue other comm channels)

  • Work with Risk and Data & Analytics in reviewing line increase policy and further identification of new and fresh opportunities to grant more line to the right customers
  • Partner with Portfolio Usage and Portfolio Action Teams in building and implementing programs / strategies focused on line qualified customers with objective of increasing utilization and sustaining utilization growth
  • Work with D&A to build and maintain a performance tracking dashboard for the CLI base to ensure regular and accurate tracking of line portfolio performance as well as performance of line initiatives (vs projections, test vs control, champion vs challenger)
  • Rationalize process for collection of income information (declared as well as documented) and identify opportunities to update customer income via other channels (i.
  • e. 2-way SMS, post login)

    Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years or relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of different systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function
  • Practical experience of multiple business cycles
  • Knowledge of industry and competitor products / services
  • Working knowledge of strategic direction of the function within the business as well as a solid conceptual / practical grounding in function and / or area of expertise
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience
