Key responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls, emails and / or chat from customers ranging from product information, product inquiries, complaints, follow ups, etc.

Connect with existing customers to gauge general satisfaction and get insights on how to improve our products and services.

Contact potential customers or leads to explain the product or service that the company offers.

Basic knowledge on accessing the existing system and tools in handling issues and concerns

Job requirements :

Must be fluent in Japanese language, both verbal and written.

Good to excellent English communication skills

Excellent customer service, sales and technical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Amenable to be assigned either on Work-from-Home or Work-On-Site setup, if necessary

Highschool Diploma / Certificate or equivalent

Experience working in the BPO industry is an advantage.

Technical requirement / s for WFH candidates :

Wired internet connection / physically wired to modem.
