We are seeking a Senior Manager of DCX Demo Center to manage the creation and delivery of innovative demonstrations for TaskUs' Digital Customer Experience service line.

You understand what it means to be customer-obsessed and are passionate about developing best-in-class compelling Customer Experience thru innovation in digital customer experience across the customer journey.

You work directly with members of TaskUs’ sales and client services, go-to-market, marketing, digital transformation, vendor management and other service line teams.

You have a consultative and innovation & transformation mindset and know how to connect the dots, do the math, and tell the story.

You support growing digital customer experience service line revenues, market share and share of mind through direct engagement with leading customers, partnership with key DCX go-to-market service solution partners, and with deep DCX subject matter expertise.

You have a broad understanding of customer operations and key industry trends, best practices, performance insights, delivery platforms, CX tools, and technologies (including AI) that can best address current and forward-looking customer experience and engagement challenges and opportunities.

What you get to do every day :

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Digital Customer Experience and the broader organization to define and prioritize demonstration scenarios development.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Digital Customer Experience and the broader organization on partners and TaskUs assets to utilize within the scenarios.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops with internal stakeholders, clients and partners to define new demonstration capabilities.
  • Refine DCX Demonstration Platform functional and technical specifications.
  • Create detailed demo scripts and content to support demonstration scenarios.
  • Show end to end process demonstrations along with key TaskUs’ differentiation speaking points to senior client executives for supporting DCX service lines sales opportunities.
  • Work during USA time zones.
  • What you bring to the role :

  • Demonstrated Customer Experience business analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of Customer Experience processes, roles and trends
  • Knowledge of how common DCX applications and Analytics work together to support innovative customer experience journeys
  • Knowledge of current DCX trends
  • Familiar with Design Thinking methodology and Agile Development approach
  • Strong communication skills, works well in teams, and quickly adapts to new trends / directions
  • Fluent in English
  • You have :
  • At least 5 years of experience in creating customer journey maps, as is-to be business process workflows, functional specifications, and user acceptance test scripts
  • At least 2 years of experience with application selection processes
  • At least 5 years of experience in written, verbal and visual communications skills
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM, Shopify / eCommerce, Chat Bots, Google Analytics / Big Data, Knowledge Base and Call Center Care applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area
