Main Duties

  • Facilitates deals not limited to renewals, deal reg, nfr and ensures quote accuracy and sales productivity
  • Will monitor team’s performance via KPI
  • Follow the flow of day to day operations, can facilitate problem-solving and collaboration
  • Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost, and schedule
  • Fast learner in understanding the Sophos business
  • Can take ownership of the projects being assigned to him or her
  • Shares strategy in ensuring that all data are accurate and up to date
  • Proactively communicate with the regional office in giving update, thoughts, and challenges of the team
  • A strong player and with good communications skills
  • Do the necessary coaching to the team and provide feedback
  • Supports ad-hoc task
  • Handling Cases
  • Project outside Data Analysis
  • Involve in Project deployment
  • Testing and UAT
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Essentials :

  • Extensive experience in managing a deal desk team
  • Advance Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Experience in Project management or involve in Project deployment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work on different time zone depending on the business needs
  • Salesforce Certified is a plus but not required
  • Attend meetings in different time zones
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times
  • The official working hours will be from 9am to 6pm.
