Job Description

  • Implement policies, regulations and render direct service in accordance with the functions and objectives of the agency within area of assignment;
  • Conduct intake interviews, accomplish / fill out forms that will determine client’s eligibility for the service;
  • Prepare / write case studies of clients served;
  • Conduct home visit and collateral contacts / interview for referral and assessment of Parenting Capability as required;
  • Implement case management system to regular clients;
  • Promote and maintain good working relationship with the GOs, NGOs and other local officials within the area of assignments;
  • Attend meeting and sit in conference with local leaders on committee on matters related to Social Welfare as required;
  • Submit regular evaluation program implementation pointing out the gaps in the service and suggest remedial on how the problem can be solved;
  • Submit periodic reports to SWADT leader of the activities and services rendered;
  • Maintain productive morale among staff and other partners;
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of various social protection programs activities and projects;
