  • Provide excellent customer service by order taking, scheduling and addressing of general inquiries of US-based customers through voice.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject) with or without experience
  • OR high school or senior high school graduates with at least 6 months of call center experience (ops tenure)
  • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
  • Must have a good sense of team work and must be able to work with a diverse set of people in a cultural environment across time zones and regions
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
  • Can work under pressure
  • Skills Required :

  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have keen attention to details
  • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
  • Ability to probe effectively
  • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
  • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
