Repair and maintenance of Muehlbauer equipment DS10K, DS15K, DS20K and DS Merlin 50K including high skill repair
Repair and maintenance of Ismeca NX32 W LT including high skill repair
Repair and maintenance of MIT DTT800 reworker
Conduct machine improvement programs to improve MTBF, MTBA, NEE
Provide daily Reports on machine performance / Downtimes. Provide detailed explanation including recommendations for improvement.
Provides parts breakdown and recommendation for design improvement
Provide spare parts request to Supervisor for planning purposes
Profile
Computer literate (i.e. can work on MS Office / Office 365 applications)
With electro mechanical background, can do troubleshooting of advance network systems
Highly analytical using basic statistical tools, understands SPC
Team player ( can lead a small group or be part of a small group and provide actions to meet a main objective)
Able to express ideas through reports (PPT or MS Word)
