Your key responsibilities

  • To qualify for the role you must have

  • Ability to define business processes to understand how technology needs to be integrated and enabled
  • Experience and understanding of EY technology deployment approach (e.g. technology implementation phases, gather requirements, design, tech set up, tech test and Implementation)
  • Awareness of broader EY technology landscape (e.g. Global Tax Platform, One Global Methodology Workflow, ServiceNow, EY Interact, My EY and Commercial Management tool)
  • Ability to convert business challenges into requirements for solutions that are scalable and can be integrated with existing technology assets
  • Ability to clearly articulate both problems and propose solutions
  • Ability to work and team effectively with business, technology, client teams and other management personnel across geographies
  • Ability to clearly communicate to both business and IT audiences
  • Flexibility and willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
  • Ideally, you must also

  • Maintain interpersonal skills to engage with peers and other seniors of the firm, in matrixed, geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network for collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Have experience in data extraction, transformation and loading processes
  • Have hands on experience with any of the ETL tools like Alteryx (preferred) or similar
  • Have advanced MS Excel skills and Excel VBA (coding, debugging)
  • Be familiar with common ERP systems
  • Have knowledge of programming languages and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Office tools, Azure Platform or Excel VBA
  • What we look for

  • Bachelors or master’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or related discipline
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience working in a multi-cultural environment
