The Client Services Administrator is a key support function within Insurance Consulting and Technology with substantial client interaction.
The role is essential by providing exceptional client service, serving as administrative support to our Clients and the Client Services Team.
As a key part of our Client Services Team, the role will suit a candidate with a background in administration and customer service.
Responsible for an excellent administrative support to the Global Client Support Coordinators;
Process client software license in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with software license agreement, quality procedures and agreed timelines;
Assist client and client services team such as, providing quotations, processing renewals, processing new and additional sales in accordance with the client’s software license agreement and software terms, uploading contracts to client contract database, and other online applications necessary to process clients' business transactions;
Take orders, manage triage incoming mails, updating financial systems with appropriate client contact information, generating and updating software invoices and monitoring ticketing system to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner by relevant person;
Keep up to date on all quality policies, procedures, work instructions and documentation issued by the business;
To proactively respond to internal ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
Experience of administration and customer service in a professional services environment;
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced business;
Ability to escalate issues in accordance with escalation policy;
Customer focused with exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service skills;
Enthusiastic with a can do attitude;
Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and also be a team player.
