Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized;
Ensure that equipment’s are maintained in good and safe working condition;
Uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line;
A production operator, also known as a machine operator,
To handle heavy machinery, such as forklifts;
Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders;
Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality;
Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation;
Repair and clean the equipment when needed;
Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing;
Implement the company’s principles, policies and operational requirements for quality, health, safety and environmental management;
Report any operating or mechanical faults or issues to management;
Keep production order confidential as part of Information Protection Policy and documented accordingly;
Operate equipment and handling raw materials as per Occupational Health and Safety instructions;
Submit production report on actual result including data for asset effectiveness.
At least High School Graduate
With experience in manufacturing and production industry especially in
handling LATHE / MILLING machine, with experience in MIG / TIG welding
With good moral character, possesses leadership skills and can easily relate with co-
employees
