Job Description :
Specific Accountabilities :
Facilitates releasing of checks
Facilitates RTS (Return To Sender) checks
Monitors complete payment for all approved cases and refer to Underwriter for settlement
Facilitates request of copy of Medical Results to client
Returns borrowed original medical records to advisor
Answers all email inquiries address to Phil Follow-up and PHIL-USDFacilitators
Processes refund of initial premiums for applications with Reject Underwriting Decisions and cases over our retention limit of Ps30Million;
processes refund of overpayment and processes replacement for time-barred checks.
Facilitates APS payment to Doctors
Skills and Knowledge Required :
College graduate of any 4-year business course.
Proficient in MS Office and typing (40 wpm)
Use of Scanning Machines and Fax Machines : Proficient
Typing skills at least 40 wpm : Proficient
Signature Verification : Basic
Presentation Skills : Basic
