This role is responsible for administering or processing financial or insurance related data and transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity.
Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated information
Handle confidential customer data
Consistently attain the service level set by the Company
Practice good judgment in processing cases
Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
Adhere to the standard process and set team metrics

College Graduate, preferably from a business or financial related courses
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Good spoken and written English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision
Strong organizational skills
Good attendance record
Amenable to work in Mactan Newtown, LLC
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, night shift and during Philippine Holidays
