You will be performing client needs analysis, identifying client business processes and creating requirements documents.
You will configure systems as well as provide solutions consulting and recommendations for systems enhancements.
You will provide solution design, configuration of Salesforce, and overall functional implementation and usability of systems.
You will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure all deliverables meet the client's business needs and our highest standards.

If you are someone with :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
4 years of experience designing Salesforce solution
Presales : Experience in configuration & developing Proof of Concepts and assist in development effort sizing
Strong proven experience in business analysis.
Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops.
Ability to understand a client’s problem and come up with multiple solutions.
Must have an advisory mindset for which your clients go back to you for more insights and advises.
Experience in translating requirements into user stories and being able to document good quality acceptance criteria.
Expertise in drawing activity flow and architecture diagrams.
Ability to translate and express technical issues with non-technical personnel
Expertise in designing, sizing, implementing and testing Salesforce solutions
Good communications skills, attitude and ability to interact comfortably with both business users and technical team are mandatory
Understanding basic Software and Project Management life cycle are essential
Exhibit good team player spirit and promote collaboration
Strong passion for technology, attitude for learning and a commitment for excellence
Experience in Consulting is highly preferred
