Responsible for the end to end recruitment process. Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
Process online applicants, walk-ins and third party candidates from vendors.
Designs recruitment advertisements.
Maintains the organizationâs recruitment database
Handles staff augmentation, project based and internal requirements
Prepares recruitment related reports.
A minimum of 1 year of proven technical recruitment experience is required for this position; fresh graduates who had his / her internship related to technical recruitment are still encouraged to apply
