Job Description

Our company is growing fast and we need highly motivated people that can make an impact in less than 3 months time. We want people who have big goals and are not afraid to dream big to join the next big start-up.

What would be your immediate role?

This isn’t a pioneer account. This is a pioneer company. We expect you to be more than your typical email rep. We want you to be proactive and have an initiative in providing solutions not only to our customers but also in improving our processes.

What would be your future role?

We will grow aggressively next year so there will be a lot of opportunities. You will be trained to lead the customer service team.

  • Provide e-mail support to eCommerce customers
  • Process requests such as refunds and cancellations
  • Investigate incidents and escalate issues when needed
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-year experience in BPO customer service
  • Email Support experience in eCommerce a plus
  • Experience in training others
  • Experience in creating processes
  • Willing to work in Makati, on a 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm shift.
  • You will be trained just like any other job but we expect you to have these qualities. If you don’t then you really have to be convincing for us to take notice.
