  • What you'll be doing :

    Be the difference between a customer experience being just an average service to an exceptional one adding in the human touch in today’s digitally driven world.

    Deliver empathy and compassion to customers by administering health-related issues or decision making that best fits the individual's needs and lifestyle.

    We'll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field and build confidence in providing the highest level of service possible.

    What your typical day will consist of :

  • Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs by a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
  • Respond to inquiries with active listening identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and services
  • Open and maintain customer accounts and information
  • Resolve technical issues with patience and understanding
  • Positively participate in company events, team activities, and continuous learning
