Responsiblefor supporting marketing activities and programs across Cargill Joy poultrybusiness.The role will provide creativeleadership and design directions;
and develop communication strategies tosupport the achievement of business objectives.
Responsible in development of agency briefs, communication materials andbrand activation concepts, which includes special events and programs in linewith set directions and budgets.
Executesapproved marketing strategy and business implementation for small to mediumscope projects or a product line in alignment with broader organization goals.
Providesinput to the overall marketing strategy and programs including implementation.The role will include product conceptualization, registration ofconcept / label / brand, including brand and channel management strategies,managing the product portfolio, pricing and promotional strategies.
Develops brand communication strategies in linewith marketing strategies defined and Implement it within timeframe and agreedbudget resources.
Preparesagency brief and manage advertising agencies for creation of advertisingmaterial, by monitoring right creative for local implementation / adjustment andclosely following up the progress to ensure quality results.
Checksand ensure compliance with company guidelines, Code of conduct and localregulations for marketing and promotional materials associated with the brand.
Exchanges know-how and branding strategies within the region to maximizesynergies
Collects,analyzes and utilizes the market & business intelligence information &systems to support decision-making process of branding activities.
Responsiblefor general market research and or market analysis projects and for thesystematic and structured capture of customer and competitor information
Executes score card metrics that are related to the performance ofmarketing and responsible of identify actions to meet or exceed targets.
Conceptformulation and creative execution related to special events, advertisingand communication for brand and businessbuilding activities
Utilizesa thorough understanding of our customers’ behaviors, buying process, drivers,and barriers within an area of execution using the Cargill Marketing Academyand innovation system.
Provides input to the continual upgrading of the approach taken todevelop and deliver the branding and the communication.
NEW PRODUCT,SERVICE, AND SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT
Collaborates withmultiple fucntion (e.g. Research and Development, Marketing, Production, Legal,and Finance) to create, develop, launch and support sales of innovativeproducts and programs, acting as the voice of the customer and consumer for asmall to medium scope projects or a product line.
Monitors the businessperformance of new products during its launch phase (distribution channel,visibility, price, early experience of the consumer).
CUSTOMERCOLLABORATION & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Collaborates withthe Sales Team, conducts customer analysis for individual or groups ofcustomers by customer segmentation, customer hierarchy, etc.
Collaborates withsales management and personnel to contribute to overall objectives and growthstrategies for new and existing products.
In collaborationwith the sales / account managers, executes customer events.
Works together withour customers in the development of their marketing strategies.
Associates withcustomers and consumers on marketing strategy development and implementation.
Interfaces withinternal and external clients and customers.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT& BUDGET
Is responsible forproject or product line budgets, reporting key performance metrics and analysisand reporting of ROI.
Accountable tooverall team budget.
BachelorsDegree in Marketing, Business or any related degree
Job experience : minimum 4 years in Marketing role or Trade marketingrole and other technical functions.
Excellent communication skills
