K8 Applied Innovation is looking for a world-class Customer Service Representative that will engage with clientsâ€™ customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
The right candidate will be able to quickly engage consumers quickly and accurately through both chat and email.
As a Customer Support Specialist you will help resolve various inquiries, concerns of customers for an ecommerce website.
This role will require you to be comfortable with answering the clientâ€™s queries with an open mind and willing to work with data.
Job Responsibilities :
Deliver quality service by responding to inquiries and concerns of customers accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate online with customers, either collecting or offering information through, web-based chat program or via email.
Identify and assess customersâ€™ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Job Qualifications :
Bachelorâ€™s degree, fresh graduates welcome to apply
1-3 year of customer service experience (email or phone support).
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
Basic knowledge of ZenDesk or other customer support platforms.
The ability to accept feedback gracefully.

Initiative and are self-motivated.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong analytical skills
Willing to work in mid-shift(3PM -12MN) and night shift (12MN - 9AM)
Capacity and willingness to work full-time in BGC
