RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the branch executives of their assigned region in achieving goals and profitable growth
  • Develop key growth strategies centered on Sales Force / manager / associate development, Expansion and the successful execution of channel / regional success formula through Channel Head management
  • Achieve Operational Efficiency by ensuring collaboration of region / channels with support group in the execution of all facets of branch management
  • Creates and evaluates business opportunities arising from developments in direct selling in the region and the Philippine market
  • Collaborates with facilities and support departments for set-up of new Channels
  • Build-up of SF / managers - Business Directors, ready now AD pipeline and Area Business Distributors and sustained pipeline of new Managers
  • Leads in the mobilization of the Sales Force / channels in the successful execution of field activities
  • Develops the channel / s to maximize sales growth and profitability of the region
  • Trains and develops sales force in operating their business, particularly in Credit & Collection and Inventory Management
  • Identifies for hiring and retention; coaches and develops high potential individuals
  • Ensures branch compliance to all company policies and ethical standards related to branch operations and the companys purpose, vision and values, as well as Tupperware Brands Code of Conduct
  • Makes Channel Heads accountable in collaborating with Distributions and Logistics for on time and complete availability of stocks at the channels;
  • and with Marketing and IT, for availability of system support for all marketing programs; and with HR, for all associate related concerns;
  • and Finance and IT, for all business-related matters

    REQUIREMENTS

  • College graduate, preferably Business Management or Marketing-related course
  • Minimum of ten (10) years in Sales & Managerial position, preferably in a direct selling company
  • Exposure in Finance and Marketing
  • MBA is an advantage
