Employing a variety of research tools and / or studies to gather and monitor agency insights and feedback, analyzing results to identify gaps and opportunities, recommending action points to acquire new agents or improve the agency’s interaction with the organization.
Designing and implementing differentiated agency experience strategies and programs to drive competitive differentiation and business value from and monitoring and tracking faithful and consistent compliance.
Managing a framework of qualitative and quantitative measures that would allow the organization to effectively monitor and evaluate distribution satisfaction for all initiatives and events.
Overseeing distribution experience audits in design and implementation of any project / initiative involving the agency.
Collaborating closely with a cross functional business units to map agency journey, gather insights, and ensure delivery of programs.
Work in partnership with Agency Communications in ensuring that agent insights or initiatives are communicated effectively and consistently, and appropriately through individual channels and in relation to different stages of the agency journey, and agent’s needs.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in any business, management, marketing, or communications related course Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer strategy, engagement, experience, solutions, or the like Knowledge and awareness of customer experience principles and processes, ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and of high quality, stakeholder management and influencing skills, collaborative, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent facilitation skills, action and result oriented, highly organized Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
