The role will be based in Manila, and will provide facilities and administrative support to Manila offices and other APAC offices.
Scope of Responsibility
Provide administrative support for Manila and other APAC offices.
Facilities management support Ensures smooth operation of equipment / systems by completing and maintaining preventive maintenance checklists, calling for repairs when required, maintaining asset inventories, evaluating new equipment / systems and techniques.
Liaises with building management and BMS-Engineering teams on building related requests / concerns, e.g. AC system, lightings, etc.
Assists on Project management (new office set-up / fit-out / refurbishment / renovation)
Assists and coordinates on office Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and health and safety programs
Ensures compliance to all office-building requirements mandated by the building management / admin, municipal and / or government agencies
Maintains office supplies and other materials inventory by regularly checking stocks to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;
placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipts of supplies
Manage space planning- Planning and allocating space for new joiners, desk movements and realignments.
Vendor management and compliance- Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor compliance.
Other ad hoc projects and duties as advised by reporting manager.

Experience in Facilities management, Project Management, Health, Safety and Security management, Asset Management
Minimum Degree holder with at least 2-3 years’ relevant work experience in a multi-national organization
