Min 4 years’ experience managing a busy bar / restaurant

Experience in conversing with customers, welcoming returning customers, handling guest complaints.
Experience in "Front of House" operations.
Experience in managing a team of wait and bar staff.
Experience in working with Head Chefs and coordinating dining and kitchen operations.
Experience with stock control procedures.
Outgoing, friendly, thoroughly guest oriented, and well mannered.
