RINA, a global multinational company with 160 years of experience across multiple industries, is looking for a highly experienced, talented and driven Transport Business Development Manager as part of our Transport and Infrastructure Business.

The role will be instrumental in driving the business to achieve ambitious and challenging growth targets. What your role will involve You will work as Business Development Manager for Transport and Infrastructure Business and will be playing an instrumental role in growing our Transport and Infrastructure Business presence in Indonesia.

Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include : Support to the Business Development Strategy and its implementation in the geographic area Identification of the forthcoming opportunities Take the lead in organizing the bid, including partnerships, suppliers and identification of the key items to succeed in the opportunities Work with the BU management team to identify potential acquisition opportunities Work across the RINA Group developing cross selling’ and mutual opportunities Track competitor activity and providing updates on competitor news and intelligence What we are looking for Master’s Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Engineering (preferred) or related discipline At least 10 years of experience in Business Development or related commercial role A good personal network with Perspective Clients, such as International Financial Institutions, Transport Administration and Main Contractors Deep knowledge of the Transportation Sector, with specific focus in Land Transportation (Railways, Metro / LRT and Tramways) Fluent English is mandatory.

A second language among French, Spanish or Chinese is considered a plus.
