Learns new technologies and develops technology-based learning programs for systems and / or soft skills for in-person or virtual delivery through instructor-led, web-based, and blended learning solutions.
Design and develops Section 508 and SCORM compliant learning assets and web-based solutions
Works closely with Project Managers, SMEs, Senior Instructional Designers, and clients to ensure appropriate content.
Utilizes consultative skills to perform needs and / or gap analysis to determine training strategies and plans to meet employee / customer training needs.
This includes both broad roll-out and customized training engagements.Partners with peers and management to leverage and repurpose existing content, courses, websites and systems to meet targeted needs.
Can work with peers in developing technology-based learning programs; technical development and systems support
Manages time, resources, and priorities to meet quality standards, project timelines, and learning outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required. Degree needs to be related to graphic design, web development, and / or instructional design.
Five or more years of experience in a related field, Education, Information Technology, and / or Communications
Excellent working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Audacity, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Content development skills
CMS experience a plus Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal
