ECAPro Outsourcing Corp is looking for a Full-time HR Officer.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide a highly professional Administration / Operational Support to Managers and Staff.
Organize HR files, prepare documents and presentations and support other staff.
Create spreadsheets, presentations and other documents, as directed.
Handle recruitment tasks - job posting, calling candidates, scheduling an interview.
All other related clerical duties may be assigned by management.
Familiar with labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Assist with the planning of HR programs and policies.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Effective oral and written communication with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Able to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
Present a professional demeanor with the ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
8 am to 5 pm (Tuesday to Saturday) Schedule.
