Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Company Manager on the coordination and daily tasks related to Accounting, specialized in General Accounting, Inventory (Assets), Bookkeeping, Cash Management / Cash Flow, Petty Cash, Income Statement and AR / AP.
  • Submit weekly and monthly accounting reports to management.
  • Reconcile purchase orders, comparing the receipts with inventory and adjusting constructions budgets accordingly.
  • Keep records of the financial transactions and verifying the records related to all construction transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, bills etc, preparing the profit and loss sheets of construction company for the annual record.
  • Assist the Admin Clerk in the filing of all BIR-related matters; the handling and renewing of all permits ( Mayos'
  • s permit / BIR permit, etc) monthly / quarterly / annually.

    Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least A Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • FRESH GRADS preferred! This is a FULL-TIME position.
  • Required Skill(s) : Can operate QuickBooks or related accounting software, General Accounting, Bookkeeping & Petty Cash.
  • Highly competent, self-driven, and have passion for excellence.
  • Work experience in the construction company is an advantage.
  • Preferably within 10-km radius of Antipolo, Rizal or willing to be assigned in Antipolo, Rizal.
