Product consultants provide trials of Assistive Technology. During the trials, a therapist, the family, the equipment user (ie the client ) and our consultant trial the equipment, in view of improving the life of the client and their careers.
Equipment types include wheelchairs, shower commodes, standing frames, walkers, etc. If our equipment meets the needs, the consultant takes a rage of measurements, elects options on variables as required, and completes a "script form" so this data can be collected.
This script form is then sent to the quoting team who transfer the client data (names, contact details, etc) and the part numbers etc and enters this as an estimate in Netsuite.
The estimate is reviewed by our QA Team and once all correct is is sent to the Therapist for consideration for funding. (Once funding is received we then build the equipment to specification and supply to the client.
