Job Requirements :
Native Korean who can speak conversationally in English
At least 2 years in college
At least one year work experience in technical support
Must be willing to work in Pasay City
Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities :
Provide technical support via chat, email and web chat.
Liable in solving hardware and software issue
Conduct security checks on the company’s computer equipment.
Install and plan computer hardware operating systems and application
