The management and development of ISVs in APAC and EMEA is a function within Oracle Channel & Alliance Partner business unit. Our success is entirely dependent on our ISV partner’s success, embedding Oracle technologies in their own applications and SaaS offerings. The ISV Channel Manager role focuses on managing a portfolio of existing key ISVs to ensure they continue to grow their commitment to Oracle. You will be responsible for driving ISV adoption of Oracle products with a particular focus on Oracle Cloud. Widening and deepening an ISV’s adoption of Oracle’s technology and Oracle Cloud is the prime objective.Working with the Field Tech Sales teams and the wider Oracle ecosystem, you will be responsible for supporting the ISVs in your portfolio to optimize their relationship with Oracle. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for driving adoption of Oracle products with a particular focus on Oracle Cloud in your nominated portfolio of existing ISVsEstablish, develop and maintain C-level & senior relationships with key ISVsCreate, drive and implement account plans for the selected ISVs in conjunction with Sales Teams and the wider A&C Team, including joint revenue plans with the ISVActively forecast and track joint revenue pipeline Enable ISV applications to certification level on Oracle Tech and Cloud using the Pilot to Production (P2P) program by working with the Solutions Consultant teamEstablish rules of engagement across Oracle LOBs and manage escalation issues to a quick resolutionWork closely with Oracle Sales and LOBs to position ISV's certified solutionsLiaise and coordinate with Field Sale Teams, ISV Business Development Managers and Solution Consultants to establish specific GTM strategies for your ISVsParticipate in and leverage local and global programs within OPN and Oracle as a whole, to the advantage of you ISVs and ensure they take up opportunities from Oracle

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
