    Lead Generation Manager

    What does a Lead Generation Manager really do? Think of yourself as someone who manages a team of sales insights analysts and leads to work closely and collaboratively across the whole organization,so not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch.

    Now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like to be a Lead Generation Manager.

    Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind : that you will manage daily activities of the sales insights analysts and leads.

    As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to this : that you will drive research, insights development, and support for sales, marketing, client services and consulting teams.

    You will report to the Senior Demand Generation Manager and collaborate with Demand Generation and Campaign Projects Lead.

    As a Lead Generation Manager, you will perform research and support marketing, sales, client services and consulting teams.

    Supervise retargeting and preparation of custom audience lists. Coordinate with team members to ensure on-time completion of insights-based content, account research requests, and lead generation campaigns.

    You will create and establish performance standards for the team. You will evaluate sales processes and drive the team’s activities to achieve sales goals, closing new logos and growth of existing accounts.

    You will configure and manage funnel statistics via Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Software). You will perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support the whole business development team during site visits, client presentations and proposals.

    Requirements :

    What does it take to become a Lead Generation Manager? Well we need someone who has a strong professional experience in lead generation, email campaigns, and marketing with 5 years’ experience in lead generation for a customer experience company.

    Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Someone with experience in defining a world-class lead generation and nurturing programs.

    Someone with desire and passion to drive new business and be part of a winning team.

    What else? Well, we need someone with demonstrated success in exceeding lead generation quotas and closed sales results.

    Someone with experience in developing leads for an inside sales effort. Someone with experience in measuring all campaign effectiveness related to brand positioning and brand awareness.

    Someone who must be highly motivated, self-starter with proven lead generation knowledge.
